Pearl Abyss, the South Korean developer behind the MMORPG Black Desert Online announced three new IPs recently, and they’re looking mighty good as far as trailers go.
The three games are Plan 8, Crimson Desert, and DokeV. All three games were announced at G-Star 2019, one of South Korea’s biggest video game conventions. Like Pear Abyss’ biggest game, Black Desert, all three games are MMOs, though all three are in different genres.
Plan 8
Plan 8 is a new “exosuit MMO’ developed by Counter-Strike co-creator Minh Le and Black Desert Online environment art director Seungki Lee. Pearl Abyss didn’t provide a lot of details about Plan 8’s story, but based on the trailer it looks like regular humans who use mechanized suits to survive a robot-infested island.
