I’ve been integrating Ring Fit Adventure into my daily life for just about a week now, and it’s kicking my butt. The fitness-RPG is no joke when it comes to challenging me, as someone who has been a regular gym rat for years though lapsed in recent time, leaving me in a sweaty but satisfied mess by the end of each session.
I want to spend more time with its fitness aspects before chiming in on its real longterm health applications. But I’ve been most intrigued by its simplistic RPG trappings, and how they do a great job of engaging me with its exercise elements.
